Partners International seeks to show women their innate value in Christ and bring dignity and purpose in situations of shame and despair. We understand the importance of women in God’s plan for His Kingdom, that’s why we developed the Global Women’s Leadership Initiative.

Women who minister in their own cultures are best suited to effectively share Christ in their communities. The Global Women’s Initiative is designed to identify key leaders in each of the regions where Partners International Works. Women are trained and then encouraged to mentor others.  It is a sustainable way to build up Godly women who served God in the hard places.
