Mustapha was born in southern Europe to a North African immigrant family. When first confronted with the Gospel, he underwent the doubts common to many Muslims considering conversion. Though it was not an easy choice, Mustapha took the step to become a follower of Jesus. Over time, Mustapha developed a deep concern for his people, the Berbers, back home in North Africa. After finishing Bible school, he launched the Berber Evangelistic Association which Partners has come alongside since 1992.
