India is going through a change in political context with the rise of Hindu right wing groups. All of this forms a new reality for the churches in India.
It has caused them to put more emphasis on discipleship, local leadership development, and changing the regular or traditional strategies of church planting. Training plays a vital role in all of the above, and we see our ministry’s role as crucial in equipping the churches to face this reality.
God in his sovereignty has prepared us for years to develop models to integrate the programs to achieve community transformation through local churches. We are moving into a new phase of replicating the already established models in new communities. This has created much interest among missions and churches. It also requires a new way of writing manuals and consolidating our efforts.
