Assists Donor Relations with gift processing and mail center duties as well as the Communication/Marketing departments. Commitment: 30 hours a week, Spokane Office

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Print previous day's call center orders
  • Electronically file call center orders/mask credit card numbers
  • Date-stamp mail
  • Sort mail to appropriate staff/departments
  • New name entry
  • Creating Welcome Packets after receipts are printed
  • Fold and stuff receipts
  • Assist with HOH fulfillment
  • Back up to processing mail in work room
