Resource Representative Admin Volunteer

Works closely with the Resource Representative. May also work with other Resource Partners team members. May include contact with the public through phone calls. Commitment: 4-6 hours a week, Spokane Office

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Help with mailing to donors
  • Update contact information, donor contacts, and other data base functions
  • Generate reports as requested
  • Compile donor packets for the Ministry Advancement team
  • Assist with thank you notes and letters to donors and other communications as requested.
  • Printing envelopes, stuffing and mailing letters.
