Assists with various activities that support the Communications/Marketing department. Commitment: 6-8 hours a week, Spokane Office
Specific responsibilities include:
- Creating information packets for new donors
- Assist in the production and mailing of Direct Mail appeals, as necessary, in consultation with Communications/Marketing and Donor Relations
- Assist with sending out of email blasts
- Fulfills book orders and keeps track of stock
- Manages inventory of all marketing materials
- Maintains folders of all marketing and communications pieces for the department
- Proofs and edits communications and marketing pieces as requested
- Provides other assistance as needed such as sending mail, faxes, photo research, etc.
